Exercise 4

Hi Folks here is exercise number four .

Like Exercise 3 it both ascends and descends using alternate picking but instead of staying in one position to ascend and descend after you go up the four fret per finger pattern you slide up to the next position and then descend . For example if you start on fret number 1 on the low E string you will start your descending run on fret 5 of the high E string . You repeat this till you are in the with position then you reverse the exercise to come back . If you do all four exercises back to back this will help improve your alternate picking remember start slow and build up your metronome bpm when you feel you are hearing all the notes clearly .
